At the core of our services is a dedication to delivering excellence in procurement, probity, and training. Led by our Managing Director Ben Cullen, we specialise in helping our customers achieve their goals with integrity and efficiency.

Since 2007, Ben has provided services to customers within both the Private and Public Sectors, with primary experience related to the Commonwealth, including key roles with:

• Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (previously Department of Environment and Energy);

• Department of Home Affairs (previously Australian Customs and Border Protection);

• Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts;

• Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet of Australia;

• Department of Social Services (previously Department of Human Services);

• Services Australia; and

• The Australian National University.

Services provided in these settings include end to end procurement, panel establishment and management, Whole-of-Australian Government purchasing and contract management. Specialist areas include Information Technology (Hardware, Software and associated Project Management) and Facilities Management (Construction, Leasing and Trade Management), however, our experience also covers various Goods, Services and People engagements. In addition to the doing, our services focus on the provision of general customer capability uplift, which has resulted in various mentoring undertakings, in person training and formal handovers. We have also worked with customers on large scale transformation which has focused on People, Process and Systems.
